Carbon County judges conducted parole/probation revocation hearings on petitions filed by the adult probation office against defendants who violated the terms of their release.

Marisol Magobet, 37, of Albrightsville, had her probation revoked on a charge of open lewdness on petition of probation officer Joseph Bettine for violating conditions by not making a concerted effort to pay court costs.President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II ordered Magobet to serve one to three months in the county prison effective Dec. 1 at 9 a.m. However, if she pays $2,652.01 on court costs by that date the order will be vacated.Paul Gangloff, 37, of Nesquehoning, had his probation revoked on a charge of receiving stolen property for violating conditions by being delinquent on his court costs and not completing 100 hours of community service.Judge Steven R. Serfass ordered Gangloff to serve three to six months in prison effective Dec. 1 at 9 a.m. However, if he completes the 100 hours of community service and pays $2,007.17 on his court costs by that date the order will be vacated.Joshua Albani, 37, of Jim Thorpe, had his probation revoked on a charge of theft by unlawful taking on petition of Bettine for violating conditions by failing to report to the probation office as directed on two occasions, failing to make a concerted effort to pay his court costs, violating the zero tolerance condition for missed urine screens, failing to obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow recommendations and failing to complete 100 hours of community service.Judge Joseph J. Matika ordered Albani be remanded to the county prison to serve three to six months, with the term effective July 13. He is eligible for work-release privileges.Dianne Lynn Lutz, 47, of Lehighton, had her parole revoked on charges of unsworn falsification to authorities on petition of probation officer Derek George for violating conditions by failing to report to the probation office as directed, failing to submit to scheduled urine screens, which violated the zero-tolerance condition.Nanovic ordered her to serve 90 days back-time with credit for 27 days effective Aug. 30.ARD revokedThe following defendants were revoked from the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program for first-time offenders for violating conditions.Nicholas Bittner, 21, of Weatherly, was revoked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on petition of Bettine for violating conditions by failing to submit to urine screens, which violated the zero-tolerance condition. His case was placed on the next available trial list.Jessica Pascoe, 51, of Weatherly was revoked on a charge of theft by unlawful taking on petition of Bettine for violating conditions by not completing 50 hours of community service. The revocation is effective Oct. 1. If she completes the community service by that date the revocation order will be vacated.Richard Dellecker, 42, of Lehighton, was revoked on a charge of DUI on petition of Bettine for violating conditions by not completing the alcohol highway safety program and failing to complete 50 hours of community service. The revocation is effective Dec. 1. If he completes the safety course and community service by that date the order will be vacated.Christopher Hadnott, 36, of Albrightsville, was revoked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on petition of Bettine for violating conditions by not completing mental health treatment. The order is effective Dec. 1, but if he completes the mental health treatment by that date the order will be vacated.
