Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possessing instruments of crime:Shaqueel Walker, 24, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with possessing instruments of crime and receiving stolen property, for an incident May 27 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Simple assault:James Silvers, 38, of Slatington, was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment, for an incident Sept. 7 in the 1000 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Disorderly conduct:Holly Miller, 38, of Palmerton, and Misty Christman, 40, of Palmerton, were charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident Sept. 2 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.DUI:Brook Bleamer, 36, of Kunkletown, charged with DUI, for an incident Aug. 11 at Delaware Avenue and Seventh Street.Citations:Police issued three for traffic violations, two for speeding, and one for vehicle violation.
