Susan Stine of Tamaqua has been driving to Shanksville every year for the past 15 years.

Once again she will visit this year on the anniversary because, she says, it helps her to achieve a feeling of calm, a way to make sense of the world."Every year things change out there," she said. "But my heart is filled with such love and respect for the people lost."I'm so very thankful to their families.
