Two women were cited after a dispute in Tamaqua on Aug. 24.

Police were called to the 200 block of West Broad Street at 9:35 p.m. and met with a woman who said she was being harassed and threatened by Ashley Weirich, 22, and Angelina Patton, 25, both of 324 W. Broad St., Tamaqua.The victim said Weirich trespassed on her property and threatened to hit her, while Patton stood on the sidewalk, yelling obscenities.Weirich told officers she walked up the victim's steps to speak with her, but didn't have the opportunity because everyone was yelling. Patton said she went to the home after she heard the yelling to ask the victim to stop calling her a "druggie".Patton and Weirich were cited for disorderly conduct.
