September 8, 2000 - Joe Semanoff carries 31 times for 182 yards and two touchdowns to help Lehighton post a 28-7 victory over Tamaqua. Semanoff's 10-yard scoring scamper in the second quarter snaps a tie and gives the Indians the lead for good. He adds a 27-yard TD run in the third frame. Lehighton, coached by Dave Parsons, also receives a 28-yard scoring pass from Matt Piosa to Pete Balogach, and a 9-yard TD from Luke Sterling.
