Nesquehoning police report that they cited Troy Refsnider with five counts disorderly conduct, two counts harassment and one count public drunkenness for an incident at the Turkey Hill in the borough on Sept. 1.

Police also issued three citations for speeding along Route 93 with speeds clocked as 80, 84 and 91 in a 55 mph zone; five citations for motor vehicle violations and one citation for prohibited growth of vegetation.
