A Tamaqua man will be cited after he didn't follow the advice he was given by police on July 28.

Gordon Machay, 40, of East Union Street, will be charged with trespassing after he again entered a condemned property at 335 Hazle St. Machay had entered the same property on July 28 and was advised to contact the borough for an escort if he needed to collect personal belongings from the house.Instead police said he entered the house at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 25 and removed a carpet and a power washer.The property is clearly marked with no trespassing signs.
