A 31-year old woman was injured Monday afternoon while climbing the trail to the Glen Onoko Falls.

The call came in near 1 p.m. of the injury with fire companies from Jim Thorpe, Nesquehoning and Lehigh-Lausanne townships responding.

Rescuers took just over an hour to rescue her.

The Doylestown woman was transported by Palmerton ambulance to the Gnaden Huetten hospital.
