An Allentown teen was arrested Saturday and charged with domestic abuse and theft stemming from two separate incidents in Palmerton.

According to state police, Franklin Roy Piro, 18, assaulted his girlfriend in April and then stole her computer on August 23.Police listed the location of the incidents as a Franklin Avenue residence.Magisterial District Judge Casimir Kosciolek arraigned Piro and set bail at $100,000.Piro was transported to Carbon County Prison, where he awaits a preliminary hearing scheduled for Sept. 7.
