Marissa Ann Sabol, 42, of Mush Dahl Road, New Ringgold, faces charges after she was found unresponsive in the parking lot at the Blue Raider Car Wash on Cedar Street in Tamaqua.

Police received a call about a suspicious person at the car wash at 4 p.m. on Aug. 14. They found Sabol on the ground.She didn't respond to verbal commands but did awaken when the officer shook her by the arm.A tan bag, which she claimed as hers, was found in the car wash bay.It contained hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia.
