Four communities in Carbon County are receiving funds thanks to the partnership with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber - Main Street Lehigh Valley Foundation:

Each project was approved for the maximum grant of $2,000 (matching grant). The projects are: Lansford signage, Jim Thorpe Beautification Gateway Project, Palmerton Holiday Lights, and Lehighton Borough Park self-watering flower pots.The projects enhance the sense of place for a Main Street, and provide the background in which businesses can thrive and grow.Main Street Lehigh Valley funds projects that visually contribute to each unique sense of place, positively impacting the economy and quality of life for people who live and work there.
