Judge John Domalakes recently revoked the parole of a Pottsville man charged by Tamaqua police.

Jonathan M. Pauly, 21, was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy on Nov. 20, 2012.Domalakes revoked his parole based on his Sept. 24, 2014, conviction for theft, and sent him back to jail to serve out his term until May 22, 2017. He gave him credit for 70 days served since June 2.Domalakes ordered Pauly to have a drug and alcohol evaluation and to comply with any recommended treatment.
