Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia:Heather Compton, 29, of Lehighton, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, for an incident Aug. 1 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.• Joseph Visnosky IV, 18, of Palmerton, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident June 29 in the 600 block of Alley F.• John Sandova Jr. 46, of Lehighton, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident July 10 in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.• Leonardo Castiglioni, 25, of Palmerton, charged with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident March 2 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.• Daniel Giniewski, 41, of Palmerton, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident June 26 on Route 248 East.• Joseph Bulvich, 41, of Palmerton, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred June 26 on Route 248 East.Simple assault:Clifford Diefenderfer, 40, of Palmerton, has been charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment, for an incident July 12 in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue.Disorderly conduct:Erik Boehm, 37, of Palmerton, July 1 in the 200 block of Avenue A.• Nelson Cuenca-Geigel, 22, of Palmerton, July 1 in the 200 block of Avenue A.• Mike Strohl, 31, of Lehighton, July 16 at Mauch Chunk Road and Delaware Avenue.• Sandra Sommers, 28, of Lehighton, July 16 at Mauch Chunk Road and Delaware Avenue.Public drunkenness:Troy Dubois, 45, of Palmerton, charged with resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. The incident occurred June 17 in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.DUI:Grant Kishbaugh, 19, of Lehighton, charged with DUI, careless driving and display of registration, for an incident April 25 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.• Cody Benner, 18, of Aquashicola, charged with DUI and careless driving. The incident occurred May 4 on Route 248 west.• Michael Fronheiser, 23, of Walnutport, charged with DUI, careless driving and speeding. The incident occurred May 2 on Route 248 west.• Trevor Hottenstein, 25, of Allentown, charged with DUI, careless driving, and unlawful activities. The incident occurred May 26 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.• Paul Berger, 24, of Palmerton, charged with DUI. The incident occurred May 29 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.• Stefone Leisure, 30, of Palmerton, charged with DUI and careless driving. The incident occurred May 21 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.Fraudulent use of registration:Martin Konze, 45, of Palmerton, has been cited for fraudulent use of registration, unlawful activities, drivers required to be licensed, operating unregistered vehicle, no inspection, driving under suspension and required financial responsibility. The violations occurred Aug. 4 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.• Tracy May, 52, of Palmerton, has been cited for expired registration an fraudulent use or removal of registration. The violations occurred on Aug. 11 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Junked vehicles:Dora Stoeckel, 40, of Palmerton, for violation on July 31 in the 700 block of West Edgemont Avenue.• Luis Rodriguez, 33, of Palmerton, for violation occurred on July 31 in the 100 block of Lehigh Avenue.Citations:Police issued 22 for speeding, 18 for vehicle violations, seven for traffic violations, and five for maximum axle weight.
