A burglary that happened between 4:30 and 5:30 a.m. Aug. 10 along King's Highway, Lynn Township, is being investigated by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

The victim is a 55-year-old male from Kempton.Police said unknown actor(s) gained entry to the two-story home through an unlocked side window and vandalized the inside of the residence before being approached by the homeowner, after which time the intruder fled south on Donats Peak Road.
