KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group has closed on the sale of a 2.75-acre site along Business Route 209 at Rachel Road in Stroudsburg, which has been approved for Dollar General. Daniel M. Miller Bros. Construction LP, a preferred developer of Dollar General, obtained final approval from Hamilton Township for the 9,100-plus square foot building."This was a very complex transaction and approval process that took almost 18 months to come to together. If not for the commitment of the Sellers and Miller Bros., this would continue to be a vacant lot," Perich said.
