The plaintiff was sitting on a swivel chair when, the suit alleges, the chair was struck by the drop box navigated by the unnamed defendant which caused the seat the plaintiff was sitting on to swivel in one direction and plaintiff's body in the opposite direction causing injuries which are detailed in the suit.Negligence is alleged against the casino and sought are damages in excess of $60,000 plus costs and fees.
