Meixsell Valley Road is closed between old Route 115 and Flyte Road in Saylorsburg for a vehicle crash.

This will be an extended period of time, according to the Monroe County Control Center.

According to The West End Reporter, this was a hit and run incident.

A vehicle traveling east on Meixsell Valley Road hit a telephone pole, snapping it then continued driving and striking another vehicle continuing on leaving the scene.

Blue Ridge Hook and Ladder, West End Ambulance and State Police responded.
