Tamaqua Police cited Chelsea Lynn Walters, 23, of 175 Orwigsburg St., Tamaqua, in connection with an incident on July 21.

Officers were called to the residence at 8:24 p.m. and spoke with a male victim, who said Walters was hitting him. The argument was over a custody dispute.Walters was charged with harassment.
