State police at the Lehighton barracks said the operator of one of two vehicles involved in a minor incident at 1 a.m. July 24 at the intersection of Blakeslee Boulevard and Mahoning Mountain Road was cited.

Police did not reveal the identity of either driver but said a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am and a 2009 Nissan Rogue were both eastbound on Blakeslee Boulevard when the operator of the Grand Am turned left and traveled northwest toward East Penn Street, then right to continue traveling on Route 443.Police said the passenger's side of the vehicle struck the driver's side of the Rogue.
