Carbon County Planning Commission reviewed three minor subdivision plans during its monthly meeting on Tuesday.

• Kamila Farms LLC and Bonnie and William Lech received conditional plan rejection for their proposed subdivision at 2473/2492 Grist Mill Drive in Packer Township.The plans call for subdividing 6.841 acres into a 3.246-acre lot and a 3.313-acre lot. The commission found several areas of the plan to be in noncompliance with the Packer Township land development ordinances.• Herbert E. Vollman received conditional plan rejection for his proposed subdivision (lot line revision) near 8795/8865 Interchange Road, Towamensing Township.The land is the previously approved Sleepy Hollow Estates subdivision. The plans call for combining the lots of the previous subdivision into a 28.8044-acre lot.The commission cited several major areas of noncompliance with Towamensing Township's Land Development ordinances.• Allen R. Heil Jr. and Jerry and Linda Harkness received conditional plan approval for their proposed subdivision at 350/386 Spring Hill Road in Mahoning Township. The plans call for subdividing 2.706 acres into two lots.
