Tamaqua Police have cited Gregorio Flores, 36, of Allentown, for using his ex-girlfriend's vehicle without her permission.

The victim, who lives on Rowe Street in Tamaqua, contacted police at 1:25 p.m. July 6 after she returned from a few weeks in New York. She returned home to find that someone had entered her apartment through a window, trashed the place and took the key to a 2001 Cadillac, which was missing from its parking space at the rear of the apartment.She admitted that Flores also contributed when purchasing the car, but the registration and title are in her name only. The insurance was canceled and she was worried about being financially responsible for the missing vehicle.
