July 15, 1976 - Steve Price wins three events to help Tamaqua's swim team gain a 104-95 comeback win over Blue Mountain. Price captures the 100 free, the 100 fly, and the low board diving. The winners receive a pair of firsts from four other swimmers. They include Eileen Engle (25 free, 25 fly), Chris Price (50 free, 50 fly), Rich Nunemacher (25 free, 25 fly), and Bill Wenzel (75 free, 75 fly). Other firsts come from Jeff Hartz (50 free), Lois Sinton (low board diving), and Lori Shea (100 fly).
