A burglary that happened between July 5-7 in Lower Towamensing Township is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is a woman from the 1500 block of Lower Smith Gap Road in Kunkletown.Police said no items were discovered missing after someone cut locks off two sheds to gain entry to them, and then damaged a storm door while gaining access to the residence, before fleeing the scene undetected.
