Scott Anthony Frankel, 41, of New Tripoli, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop made by state police at the Fogelsville barracks at 10:37 p.m. June 4.

Police said he was stopped for a motor vehicle code violation on Route 309 southbound, just south of Route 22 in South Whitehall Township, after which time the investigation revealed him to be under the influence of alcohol.
