Sunday worship at Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St. begins at 9:30 a.m. The church is air-conditioned. The Rev. Nancy Moore presides. Vicar Lauren Heywood assists. A special congregational meeting starts at 10:30 regarding a vote to extend a "call" to Pastor Moore. Coffeehouse fellowship follows.Monday marks the beginning of weeklong Vacation Bible School. Children ages 3 through sixth grade in the community are invited to attend "Cave Quest following Jesus the light of the world" 6:30-8:30 p.m. July 11-15.
