A burglary that happened between 6 p.m. June 21 and 12:33 p.m. June 22 in Towamensing Township is under investigation by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is a woman who lives on Gun Club Road in the township.Police said someone gained access to the residence by breaking the rear glass sliding door. It is not known if anything is removed anything from the property.
