A Carbon County man has been charged with criminal trespass following an incident that occurred at 4:30 a.m. on June 18.

State police at Lehighton said Thomas M. Ferguson Jr., 26, no address, arrived at the residence of a 23-year-old man, when he was not permitted to do so, troopers said.
