State police at Frackville are investigating the theft of a pickup truck in Schuylkill County that was later located.

Troopers said the 1994 Mazda B4000 pickup of Christopher Michael Heffernan, 50, of Coal St., Middleport was stolen while parked across the street from his residence. The truck was taken sometime between 1:30 and 7 a.m. on Friday when it was found parked along Walnut Street in Middleport.Troopers said the vehicle was processed for evidence and the investigation is ongoing.
