Three people were slightly injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 3:55 p.m. on Saturday along Route 534 at the intersection with Beltzville Drive, in Polk Township, Monroe County.

State police at Lehighton said Emma J. Walker, 60, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, was driving a 2015 Volkswagen Passat northbound and attempted to make a left turn onto Beltzville Drive when her vehicle was struck in the rear by a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Sandra K. Frable, 75, of Kunkletown.Walker and her passengers, David S. Sherman, 22, of Worcester, Massachusetts, and Kquadija N. Macklin, 34, of New York City, New York, were all taken by West End ambulance to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for treatment of minor injuries, troopers said.Frable was not injured. Damages were termed minor to both vehicles.
