A Lehighton area man was cited for a dog law violation.

State police at Lehighton said a 54-year-old man from the 1000 block of West Lizard Creek Road, in East Penn Township, reported that a dog owned by Robert Ehret, 50, was not leashed and entered onto his property. The incident occurred around 8 a.m. Wednesday.Troopers said Ehret was cited.
