An 17-year-old male from Albrightsville has been cited for scattering rubbish.

State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to a report of trash dumped on the property of a Jim Thorpe resident at the Shell services station in Penn Forest Township, on Wednesday.Further investigation revealed the teen had dumped bags of trash behind the station.
