A Luzerne County man is in jail for the indecent assault of a teenage girl.

The Kidder Township Police Department arrested Paul Weaver, 58, of White Haven, for two counts of rape; statutory sexual assault; three counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault; four counts of aggravated indecent assault; and endangering the welfare of a child, in addition to four counts of indecent assault for an incident that took place in Kidder Township with a 14-year-old girl from August 2015 to April 2016.Weaver was arraigned in front of Magistrate Casimir Kosciolek of Lansford.His bail was set at $100,000 cash.Weaver was committed to the Carbon County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
