Tamaqua police have cited Christopher Farber, 24, of 433 Glenwood Ave., Tamaqua, after finding him with drugs and drug related material when they served him with a warrant on May 2.

Officers went to Farber's home with the warrant at 7:30 a.m. They found him and packets of suspected heroin and marijuana, a scale, numerous small empty baggies, rubber bands, cut straws, a glass pipe, razor blade and a bud grinder.He was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
