A female passenger on a motorcycle was injured Saturday afternoon when the bike was in a crash with a pickup in Mahoning Township. The crash occurred at 2 p.m. at the intersection with Fritz Valley and Church Hill roads, just north of Normal Square. The victim's husband was the driver of the bike. He sustained road rash from the incident but refused medical attention at the scene. His wife was transported to an area trauma center. The occupants of the pickup were not injured.
