Four Schuylkill County residents accused of stealing over $175,000 over a five-year span are scheduled to be arraigned on felony theft charges today.

The accused, Kerry Titus, 54, Joan Lechleitner, 51, Samantha Schaeffer, 25, and Tyler Schappell, 21, all of Pottsville, are scheduled to be arraigned at 2 p.m. by District Justice James Ferrier in Orwigsburg.State police at Schuylkill Haven investigated a theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception at the Cressona Agway, 22 N. Second St., Cressona from the period of May 2, 2011, through March 7 of this year.The accused over an extended period of time rung in fraudulent product returns to the amount of $175,082, and used stolen money for various things, including playing the Pennsylvania Lottery.
