May 28, 1962 - Kerry Bowman delivers a three-run triple to help Lehighton rally for a 7-4 victory over Northwestern. Bowman, who finishes with a pair of hits, collects his bases-loaded triple with the Indians trailing by a 3-0 score in the fourth inning. He then races home on a passed ball to give his team the lead for good. The winners, coached by Dallas Heffner, also receive two hits from Joe Armbruster. Dennis Koch, who scores two runs, gains the pitching victory, coming on in relief of Bowman. For the Tigers, J. Zellner ends with two hits.
