Tamaqua police cited Debra Lee Nuttall, 51, of 132 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, after an incident on May 19.

Officers were dispatched to the area at 6:27 p.m. for a women who was "out of control." They found Nuttall to be in an intoxicated condition, yelling because she was unable to find her cat. The officer issued her a warning.Four hours later police received a call from one of Nuttall's neighbors, who said she was being threatened with bodily harm by the other woman.Nuttall received a citation for harassment.
