Schuylkill County court rulings:

Christopher Reedy, 28, of Karthaus, Clearfield County: Charged by Rush Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property on May 6, and on May 17, 2013.Judge John J. Domalakes sentenced Reedy to six to 24 months in state prison.He also ordered Reedy to pay $1,273.94 in restitution to the Walmart store in Hometown.Reedy was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.Brian M. Obrzut, 46, Shenandoah: Charged by Mahanoy City police with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest on April 9, 2015.Judge James P. Goodman sentenced him to 12 months probation, and to pay court costs and fees.The possession charge was dropped.Robert Komosinsky, 38, Delano: Charged by state police at Frackville with driving under the influence on Aug. 15, 2015.Judge Charles M. Miller dissolved the bench warrant against Komosinsky and reinstated bail at $5,000 unsecured.He ordered Komosinsky to continue living at his current address, and not move from there without permission.
