A criminal mischief incident which resulted in approximately $500 in damages is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is a 77-year-old man who resides in the 300 block of Winding Way in Kunkletown.Police said between 11 p.m. Tuesday and noon Wednesday, someone threw a rock and smashed a window at the victim's residence.
