Hammond strikes out eight batters and needs just 81 pitches to earn the complete-game win. The Bears, coached by Karl Rentzheimer, receive a two-run homer from Jake Chamberlain, while Rob Getz adds a run-scoring double. Pat Kregeloh and Derrik Walling each contribute two hits and an RBI.
