Braves split in BML

The Berlinsville Braves, now 2-3 on the season, split a pair of Blue Mountain League games over the weekend.

LEAGUEBerlinsville- HellertownTyler Svetik, a Palmerton graduate, allowed two runs over five innings to help lead the Berlinsville Braves to a 3-2 victory over the Hellertown Royals Sunday.Svetik gave up five hits and two walks, while striking out one.Lehighton grad Josh Kern tossed the final two frames to earn the save.
