Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernaliaCharges were filed against Shane Smith, 42, of Palmerton, for possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The incident occurred on April 28 at Mauch Chunk Road and Delaware Avenue.Charges were filed against Samantha Kuntz, 27, of Jim Thorpe, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension. The incident occurred on April 17 in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue.DUICharges were filed against Joseph Michael, 26, of Palmerton, for DUI, and registration and certificate of title required.The incident occurred on March 22 at Fifth Street and Delaware Avenue.Charges were filed against Cheyanne Strohl, 22, of Palmerton, for DUI. The incident occurred on April 17 at Delaware Avenue and State Road.Drug chargesCharges were filed against Tyler Koch, 22, of Palmerton, for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of communication facility. The incident occurred on March 12 on Hillside Avenue.OtherPolice also issued for citations for vehicle violations and three for traffic violations.
