Both sides in a domestic dispute have been cited.

State police at Frackville said troopers responded to 886 Barnesville Drive, in Ryan Township, Schuylkill County, at 7:07 a.m. on Sunday to a reported dispute. On scene officers found Edward Lee Dutill, 33, and Kimberly Jean Parliament-Dutill, 49, involved in an altercation in which both pushed and shoved each other.Both were cited for harassment, troopers said.
