Unlawful possession of a controlled substance

• Dylan Smith, 26, of Palmerton, was charged with for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, flight to avoid apprehension and two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. The incident occurred on April 13 in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.Possession of drug paraphernalia• Nicholas Carullo, 23, address unknown, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana. The incident occurred on March 18 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue. Carullo was also charged with prohibited offensive weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia, which occurred on March 3 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue, and for theft and receiving stolen property, which occurred on Feb. 23 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.• Nathan Eckhart, 32, of Palmerton was charged with for possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on Nov. 20 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.• Charges were filed against Rachael Crostley, 26, of Palmerton, for possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on April 17 in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue.Driving under the influence• Charges were filed against Andrew Jasso, 56, of Palmerton, for DUI. The incident occurred on April 1 in the 900 block of Princeton Avenue.• Shane Smith, 42, of Palmerton, is charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and driving under suspension. The incident occurred on March 16 in the 200 block of Alley H.• Charges were filed against Angela Wagner, 36, of Slatington, for DUI, driving under suspension and driving on divided highways. The incident occurred on March 27 on Route 248 east.• Kelly Shipwash, 37, of Palmerton, was charged with DUI, stop signs and yield signs, careless driving and unlawful activities. The incident occurred on Feb. 6 at Delaware Avenue and Fourth Street.• Charges were filed against Allen Montanari, 41, of Palmerton, for DUI, careless driving, reckless driving and driving at an unsafe speed. The incident occurred on March 15 in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.• Daniel Conklin, 27, of Lansford, was charged with DUI, careless driving, driving under suspension and unlawful activities. The incident occurred on April 1 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Harassment• A juvenile referral was filed against a 14-year-old Palmerton male for simple assault and harassment. The incident occurred on April 22 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.Unlawful activities• Garrick Tomsic, 19, of Walnutport, was cited for unlawful activities. The violation occurred on April 29 on Route 248 east.OtherPolice also issued five citations for vehicle violations, three for traffic violations, and two for speeding.
