Two men have been charged following an altercation in Summit Hill last week.

According to Summit Hill police, at 9:30 a.m. on May 4, police were alerted to an incident that happened in the 200 block of East White Street.An investigation found that the parties involved were David Hiles, 63, of 219 E. White St., Summit Hill, and Thomas Kuba, 70, of 20 Seventh St., Nesquehoning.Hiles was charged with one count of harassment, while Kuba was charged with two counts of harassment.
