NEW YORK (AP) - A man has beaten the odds by winning $1 million in the New York Lottery for a second time.

Lottery officials will be revealing the $1 million winner Wednesday on Long Island. They say the same Suffolk County man won $1 million in 2012.The check presentation will be made at a gas station and convenience store in West Babylon.Repeat winners are rare, but not unheard of, in New York and other places.
