Lehighton Area School District reshuffled many of its school board committee assignments Monday night, including a few changes to dates and times of meetings.

School board President Gloria Bowman announced Monday night the following committees and meeting times beginning June 1:Building and Grounds: Stephen Holland, Larry Stern and Wayne Wentz. The committee will meet the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m.Negotiations/Personnel: Marianne Dwyer, Byron Arner, Richard Beltz and Larry Stern. The committee will meet on an as-needed basis.Budget: Andrew Yenser, Byron Arner and Richard Beltz. The committee will meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.Academics/Policy: Gloria Bowman, David Krause and Larry Stern. The committee will meet alternating months on the first Wednesday of the month at 4:15 p.m.Athletic Committee: Wayne Wentz, Stephen Holland and Larry Stern. The committee will meet every other month on the second Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.All committee meetings are held at the district administration building.Other appointments include Marianne Dwyer and Andrew Yenser to the Lehighton Memorial Library board, Wayne Wentz as the district's representative on the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit operating committee, Andrew Yenser as the representative to the Carbon Career and Technical Institute joint operating committee, Rocky Ahner as a representative on the CCTI authority and Dave Krause as representative to the Lehigh Carbon Community College board.
