GALLAGHER - A son, Philip Gallagher IV was born at 2:36 p.m. on Feb. 10, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital at Cedar Crest, to Jeannine and Philip Gallagher III, of Summit Hill.

He weighed 6 pounds, 10.5 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.Philip was welcomed home by a sister, Lillian Gallagher, who is 3 years old.Maternal grandparents are Robert and Michele Heckman, of Lehighton. Paternal grandparents are Diane Gallagher of Lansford, and the late Philip Gallagher Jr.
