He pleaded guilty to the DUI charge on Jan. 19.Judge John J. Domalakes ordered him to six months of intermediate punishment. It includes 15 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, followed by 45 days of strict supervision, followed by four months of probation.Domalakes also fined Bridygham $1,000, and ordered him to complete Alcohol Highway Safety school, perform 10 hours of community service, and suspended his license for 12 months.Bridygham also must pay court costs and fees.Drew A. Strohl, 55, of Coaldale: Charged by Tamaqua police with driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes on May 10, 2015.He pleaded guilty to DUI on April 20. Domalakes sentenced him to six months of intermediate punishment. It includes 15 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, followed by 45 days of strict supervision, followed by four months of probation.Domalakes also fined Strohl $1,000, and ordered him to complete Alcohol Highway Safety school, perform 10 hours of community service, attend outpatient treatment, have an ignition lock on his vehicle for one year, and suspended his license for 12 months.Bradley L. Sunday, 60, of Tamaqua: charged by state police at Schuylkill Haven with driving under the influence and careless driving on April 24, 2015.He pleaded guilty to DUI on April 20. Domalakes sentenced him to six months of intermediate punishment. It includes 25 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, followed by 35 days of strict supervision, followed by four months of probation.Domalakes also fined Sunday $300, and ordered him to complete Alcohol Highway Safety school, perform 20 hours of community service, attend outpatient treatment, have an ignition lock on his vehicle for one year, and suspended his license for 12 months.Nathan J. Heckman, 33, of New Ringgold: Charged by West Penn Township police with driving under the influence on March 15, 2015.He pleaded guilty to DUI on April 20. Judge Jacqueline L. Russell sentenced him to 30 days in jail, followed by five months of intermediate punishment. That includes 90 days of house arrest with electronic monitoring, followed by 30 days on a SCRAM bracelet, followed by 30 days of strict supervision.She also fined Heckman $1,500 and suspended his license for 18 months.Russell ordered Heckman to complete Alcohol Highway Safety School, perform 20 hours of community service, and have an ignition lock on his vehicle for one year.
