Phoebe Thomasco has been named April Girl of the Month for the Slatington Women's Club.

She is a senior at Northern Lehigh High School.Born and raised in South Whitehall, she is the daughter of Stephanie Thomasco of Slatington.At school she is vice president of the honor society. She was named to the All Pro Team for the Keystone exam.Her other interests include volunteer at Forgotten Felines and Fidos, youth adviser for St. John's Lutheran in Slatington, Sunday school art program, former youth representative for St. John's Lutheran church council, Northern Lehigh Valley District Representative for Lutheran Youth Fellowship, secretary of Health Occupations Students of America and attendee of the 2015 Evangelical Lutheran Church of America National Youth Gathering in Detroit.She plans to attend Elizabethtown College's five-year accelerated master's program for occupational therapy.
